Hmaidouch Houssine was born and raised in the heart of Morocco, surrounded by the captivating landscapes of the Atlas Mountains and the vibrant culture of Marrakech. From a young age, he was fascinated by the traditional practices of his ancestors, particularly the ancient art of extracting argan oil. embarked on a journey to harness the power of argan oil for cosmetic purposes. Armed with knowledge passed down through generations and a relentless determination to make a difference, I set out to create my own line of organic argan oil products. Drawing inspiration from the rich biodiversity of Morocco and guided by principles of sustainability, i established my company, "HMAIDOUCH HOUSSINE. I.K.E ", Committed to preserving the environment and empowering local communities, i implemented fair trade practices, ensuring that every bottle of argan oil not only enhanced beauty but also supported the livelihoods of Berber women who hand-harvest the precious argan nuts. Through years of meticulous research and experimentation, i perfected my unique formula, blending the finest organic argan oil with carefully selected botanical extracts to create luxurious skincare and haircare solutions. My products quickly gained recognition for their exceptional quality, earning accolades from beauty enthusiasts and industry experts alike. Beyond building a successful business, i remained dedicated to giving back to my community. I initiated partnerships with local disability association called " Association Défi d handicap Tiznit " That provides comprehensive training programs in various fields such as , crafts, and hospitality, equipping participants with valuable skills to enhance their employability and independence. My dream is to empowering and supporting disabled individuals in my home town "Tiznit", witnessing the challenges they faced in accessing basic resources and opportunities for meaningful employment. Additionally, i reinvested a portion of my profits into initiatives to raise awareness about disability rights and promote a culture of inclusion within the community.
