Our product is fully compliant with EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, officially registered in the Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP), and authorized by the National Organization for Medicines of Greece (EOF).

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer protection rules, you have the right to cancel and return your online order within 14 days from the day you received physical possession of the product, without giving any reason.

2. Mandatory Health & Hygiene Conditions for Cosmetics

Due to health protection and hygiene regulations, cosmetic products are strictly exempt from the right of withdrawal if they have been opened, unsealed, or used after delivery.

  • To qualify for a refund: Your bottle of Moroccan Argan Oil must be returned completely unopened, unused, with all original factory safety seals fully intact, and resting inside its original custom wooden packaging box.
  • Exclusions: Any product that shows signs of being opened, unsealed, or tested will be rejected for a return due to safety, health protection, and hygiene protocols.

3. Defective, Leaking, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking from transit:

  • You are entitled to a 14-day window to claim a full replacement bottle or a 100% financial refund.
  • Please immediately email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and clear photographic proof of the damaged bottle or wooden box.
  • For verified transport damage, we will handle all replacement shipping fees at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind / Withdrawal: If you choose to return the product because you changed your mind, you are legally responsible for organizing and paying the direct courier costs to ship the package back to our warehouse facility in Athens, Greece.
  • Return Processing Fee: Because all initial purchases qualify for our 100% Free Sitewide Shipping, a standard return handling and logistics fee of 8.00€ will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover return processing.
  • Trendyol Sourced Orders: For orders initiated through the Trendyol platform but legally finalized on our independent store checkout, any “change of mind” return must still comply with our standard hygiene rules. Once your return is received at our warehouse, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed directly by us back to your card via the Piraeus Bank Gateway, minus the standard 8.00€ return processing fee.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Once your returned package arrives safely back at our office and passes our structural hygiene inspection:

  • We will send you an email confirmation indicating whether the return has been approved or rejected based on the seal conditions.
  • Approved refunds are processed immediately. The final refund amount will be 32.00€ per bottle (the 40.00€ purchase price minus the 8.00€ return processing fee).
  • The funds will be credited back to your original payment method via our secure Piraeus Bank Gateway (handling Card and IRIS transactions safely).
  • Funds typically take 7 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer’s processing timelines.
