Welcome to arganobio.com. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the purchase of products, including our Moroccan Argan Oil. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by HMAIDOUCH HOUSSINE P.C. We offer Moroccan Cosmetic Argan Oil in 30ml bottles priced at 40.00€ per bottle.

Our 100% Natural Moroccan Argan Oil is fully compliant with EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, officially registered in the Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP), authorized by the National Organization for Medicines of Greece (EOF), and cleared for commercial distribution within the European Economic Area (EEA).

These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities when purchasing products from arganobio.com.

2. Order Processing and Delivery

Once a customer completes the checkout form and submits an order, the website commits to process the order immediately. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

  • Delivery Window: The maximum delivery period is 3 business days from the time the order is placed.
  • Shipping Cost: We offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase or bottle count required.
  • Marketplace Fulfillment: For orders directed to our website checkout from our catalog listings on the Trendyol marketplace, shipping and delivery services are integrated with and executed by Trendyol’s transport delivery network. While we commit to packaging your order within 24 hours at our warehouse, final transit timelines, customs procedures within the Schengen Area, and doorstep distributions are managed entirely by Trendyol’s courier network.
  • Delivery Areas: We only deliver to countries within the Schengen Area.

3. Pricing and Payments

Each 30ml bottle of Moroccan Cosmetic Argan Oil is priced at 40.00€.

Payments must be completed securely at the time of checkout. We partner with the Piraeus Bank Gateway, allowing you to Pay Via Piraeus Bank – Pay by Card or IRIS. Piraeus Bank handles all transactions using industry-leading encryption and security protocols, providing our customers with a highly secure, trusted, and protected checkout experience.

All prices displayed on the site are inclusive of VAT and inclusive of shipping charges, as delivery is provided free of charge for all orders.

4. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods.

  • Product Condition for Returns: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products are exempt from the right of withdrawal if they have been unsealed, opened, or used after delivery. To receive a refund, the argan oil bottle must be returned completely unopened, unused, with its safety seals fully intact, and resting inside its original wooden packaging box.
  • Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or broken, you are entitled to a full replacement or a full refund. Please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Return Costs: If you exercise your right of withdrawal because you changed your mind, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our warehouse in Greece. A standard return shipping and handling fee of 8.00€ will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover these logistics costs.
  • Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product to verify it is unopened and completely intact, we will issue your refund. The refund amount will be 32.00€ per bottle (the 40.00€ purchase price minus the 8.00€ return shipping cost). This will be credited back to your original payment method via the Piraeus Bank Gateway within 7–10 business days.
